Forum back up and running again.

Sorry to those who have not been able to join in recent months, we were hit by a rather nasty Spammer who inundated us with Russian websites.

The Webmaster has found new security measures adn opend the Forum for users again, I will put a note on the main site. For the forseeable future all those that register will have to be vetted before they are allowed in, a simple extra precaution to prevent the Spammers. Makes you wonder why they have nothing better to do!
