GH 31 needing a new deck- Plymouth area

Hi all
I’m looking for help after getting bad news from a professional boat restorer, that the spots of rot I had noticed could mean a new deck refit/restoration.
This is way outside my skillset so I’m here for advice on whether diy is even possible, are there any people in the Plymouth area who could assist or point me towards help? Or professionals with availability this season?
Any advice offered I would be most grateful
