GH Bilge Keel and Rudder Repair

Hi everyone,

I've found GH #161 Lammeroo. Before taking the leap I am trying to get a handle on what the repair or replacement of some major parts might be.
(on a side note, if anyone has information on Lammeroo's history, please reach out to me )

-The bilge keels are really deteriorated from rust. One of them is quite thin and has folded over at the bottom. Are these salvageable or should new ones be fabricated?

-The pintle is missing at the bottom of the rudder where it has decomposed, leaving foam and wood visible. Can the rudder be saved? If so, would one just weld a new pintle on after building up the base?
