Given the shape of the transom + the fact that she appears to have a double chine & a small aft cabin, I would say no.

I usually tighten my side stays up until I cant deflect them by pushing with my thumb, then I put a couple of extra turns on the forestay, trimming as necessary after a sailing tryout.
