GH31 For sale

Sadly, I have to put my GH 31 up for sale.

Built by Terry Erskine in 1974 and fitted with a Sabb engine. Five berth layout. Surveyed upon my purchase in 2008 with too little use since.
Sale to include all equipment, including Hydrovane self steering gear.
£17,500 or offers.

Hi Simon Definately looking to sell the boat :cry: Looking for somewhere in the region of £18.5K. I'm looking for photo's at the moment - I know we have taken some, buty can't locate them! Hi A I understand the situation, council tax is due on a caravan or boat, if it is used as a main residence. If it is unoccupied, there is an annual exemption for up to six months. On the other hand, a holiday caravan or boat (I guess this covers us weekend sailors!) is exempt if it is "on property"...
